New name - same quality

On August 3rd 2010, the Basle site of the Swiss Safety Institute has changed its legal structure and is now operating under the name "SWISSI Process Safety Ltd" as a subsidiary of the Swiss Institute for Promotion of Safety and Security.

SWISSI has developed a special capsule, which can be sealed like the well known DSC high pressure crucibles . The capsules can be used for thermoanalytical tests in the Calvetcalorimeter C80 of SETARAM. The pressure is measured with a membrane on one side of the capsule simultaneously with the recording of the heat flow (patent pending).
