On August 3rd 2010, the Basle site of the Swiss Safety Institute has changed its legal structure and is now operating under the name "SWISSI Process Safety Ltd" as a subsidiary of the Swiss Institute for Promotion of Safety and Security. After the formation of Swissi España Ltd. in 2008, this is a further step towards a modern organization, which opens new opportunities for cooperation.
